The alignment of Altruism/Selflessness is associated with giftgiving and care for others, often to the extent that care for one's self is forgotten.
This alignment is very vulnerable to Fairness/Equity and associated Damage Pact, and moderately vulnerable to Manipulation/Control and associated Confusion.
This alignment is very resistant to Malice/Selfishness and associated Lifesteal, and moderately resistant to Indifference/Dissociation and associated Illusions.
This alignment most powerfully utilizes Absorption and related effects.
According to the Akashic Records, the alignment of Altruism/Selflessness is made to spread love and care for all, and for each other; while they may have poor skill at taking care of themselves, a sufficient number of them would allow them to take care of each other, and make everyone happier for it.
This alignment is still relatively intact, with not only Zelekhut but even Marut and outright Deities. Sadly, the Precursor of Altruism/Selflessness isn't safe yet.
Altruism/Selflessness generally associates with the following:

Feat: Internalized Altruism

When the user suffers an attack or effect which should grant healing to the attacker by draining the user, the attacker who should recover instead loses what they would've gained. This can deal lethal damage. When the user suffers an attack or effect which should induce a Damage Pact, they roll disadvantage to resist it, and their attacker rolls advantage on to-hits. This feat loses all effects if the user is not aligned with Altruism/Selflessness.
